About Us

Welcome to Fitness West, a family friendly gym located in beautiful Vernon, BC. 

About our gym

Our friendly staff is trained and here to help you along your fitness journey.

What to Expect.

Our 17,000sq ft gym has an open floor plan for individual workouts, with a World Gym section for progressive individual and small group fitness programs available to all who are looking to get the most out of their workouts.

 

Or come join other members in a high-energy, full-body group workouts designed to build strength, endurance and accountability. We offer Spin, High Fitness, Group Power and Barre classes with an optional women’s only section for individual workouts.

 

If you are looking for a one-on-one workout with a certified personal trainer to ensure you are maximizing your fitness potential, we have you covered for that as well.

 

But that’s not all… We have lots of complimentary parking, Tanning, Sauna , Supplement Pro Shop and Shaker Bar where you can start out with a pre-workout drink and enjoy a smoothie afterwards. Be sure to let us know if it’s your birthday, in that case the smoothie is on us!
