What to expect.

Each class is designed to be a full-body workout, broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including the arms, thighs, glutes, and core. This rigorous workout focuses on improving core strength and enhancing flexibility.
What to bring.
No shoes required.
No shoes required, we suggest sticky socks, or socks with small silicone pads on the bottom to help you get a grip on hardwood floors.
