Hatha flow yoga is a fusion of breath, body and mind. You will flow through the yoga poses as well as have some poses that are held static. This motion combined with breath work is great for building your core and improving your balance.

What to bring.

Hatha flow yoga class.

No shoes required, you will want to wear clothing that allows for full body range movement, please bring your own yoga mat.
